For personal data collected in the context of creating the User’s personal account and browsing the Website, the Data Controller is SERENDIP INNOVATIONS. https://serendipinnovations.com is represented by its legal representative Alexandre HILL.
As Data Controller, https://serendipinnovations.com undertakes to comply with the legal framework in force. In particular, it is the Client’s responsibility to define the purposes of its data processes, to provide prospects and clients, upon collection of their consent, with complete information on processing of their personal data, and to maintain an accurate processing register.
